Electric Kettle
After realizing several shortcomings of propane brewing, I decided to build an electric kettle and controller.

I quick fabricated this metal shield to focus the heat more directly up and to keep wind from effecting the burner. It is not pretty, but seems to work really well based on the first brew day with it.
